Every project listed here is real work delivered to a real client or deployed as a live public tool. Scope was written before code. Delivery was documented after.
Public / Open
Problem
Crime incidence data published by the OIJ was buried in PDFs and spreadsheets. No citizen, journalist, or researcher could navigate it in under an hour.
Approach
Built a public ATLAS — geographic and temporal disaggregation, interactive charts, plain-language summaries — indexed and searchable from a single URL.
Outcome
Live public tool that converts raw OIJ data into a 5-minute read for citizens, journalists, and municipal planners.
Municipal Sector
Problem
Costa Rican municipal governments lacked a unified, publicly readable view of their operational indicators — budget execution, service delivery, population metrics.
Approach
Designed and built the Observatorio Municipal CR: a live dashboard pulling from official sources, structured for decision-makers at local and national level.
Outcome
Active observatory serving as reference infrastructure for local government performance monitoring.
Open Source
Problem
Businesses in Latin America needed bilingual WhatsApp agents that could handle real operational load — not demos, but systems that survive contact with a live business.
Approach
Built an open-source framework with bilingual handling, lead qualification flows, appointment scheduling, and after-hours response. Designed for deployment, not prototyping.
Outcome
Open-source release; adopted by developers building LATAM-facing agents.
